Rachel Pollan

Rachel Pollan joined the Municipal Integrity team at Bloomberg Associates in August 2024. Rachel previously worked as an associate at a law firm in New York City. Rachel has an extensive background in government transparency and accountability. She has held positions at the United States Department of Justice Public Integrity Section, United States Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, and the New York State Office of the Inspector General. Rachel was also the Program Officer at Columbia Law School’s Center for the Advancement of Public Integrity, a think tank created with support from the New York City Department of Investigation during the Bloomberg Administration, where Rachel helped run symposia and wrote materials that were both published on the Center’s website and used in training programs for public integrity officials nationally and internationally.

 

Rachel is a New York City native. She holds a BA in Government from Hamilton College and a JD from Georgetown University Law Center.
