Matt is a Municipal Cybersecurity & Technology Consultant at Bloomberg Associates, where he helps cities build long-term technology capacity and strengthen their cybersecurity foundations. His work focuses on addressing gaps in technology funding, advancing budgeting practices, and fostering collaboration between cybersecurity and business leaders to support more resilient municipal operations.

Prior to joining Bloomberg Associates, Matt worked at Slalom Consulting, leading IT service management implementations, developing security review processes for a large healthcare organization, and supporting analytics, project management, and business analysis efforts across sectors. He has also partnered with philanthropic and IT leadership teams to align technology strategies with organizational goals.

Originally from Long Island, NY, Matt holds a degree in Finance with minors in Business Analytics and International Studies from the University of Connecticut School of Business.
