Madeleine Ruff joined Bloomberg Associates in May 2026.  In her role, she supports Katherine Oliver and the Media and Digital Strategies team by providing strategic and logistical support and acting as the day-to-day liaison with client cities and their senior staff, ensuring forward momentum for current projects.

Prior to joining Bloomberg Associates, Madeleine worked for over a decade at The Museum of Modern Art, where she supported the Museum’s Director and Chief of Staff in all museum-wide initiatives.

Madeleine holds a Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University, where she double majored in Art History and French.  She is on the Young Professionals Board of Culture for One, a non-profit organization committed to providing arts experiences to New York City children in foster care, and volunteers at Access Equestrian, an adaptive horseback riding program in Mount Kisco, NY.
