Aileen English joined Bloomberg Associates in June 2019. In her current role, Aileen provides support to George Fertitta, CEO, and Rose Gill, Principal, Municipal Integrity. Previously, Aileen was the Director, UM Studios Operations & Resource Management, at Universal McCann, where she led the implementation and adoption of SaaS platforms integration with key internal systems. At UM Studios, Aileen managed resource planning and allocation, facilitated new employee onboarding and oversaw the implementation of company policies and practices. She also served on the diversity and inclusion agency task force.

Aileen has held a variety of positions in higher education, technology, and the media and advertising fields, providing operational and administrative services support.

Aileen brings a passion for helping underserved, marginalized communities achieve economic independence through skills-based training with a special focus on immigrant and refugee communities. She is a graduate of James Madison University, where she received her B.B.A. in Marketing.
