Rachel deGraffenreid joined Bloomberg Associates in January 2024 as a member of the Transportation Team. In her role, Rachel provides administrative and logistical support to Janette Sadik-Khan and the Transportation Team as well as the Bloomberg Philanthropies Asphalt Art Initiative, which helps cities create arts-driven street redesigns that improve pedestrian safety, revitalize public space, and engage local communities.

Prior to joining BA, Rachel started her Bloomberg journey in 2021 at the Bloomberg LP Headquarters on the Front of House Operations Team. After one of her infamous LP Tours, she was recruited to join Bloomberg Philanthropies. She worked on the Workplace Operations Team for a year before moving on to BA.

Rachel is originally from Texas and holds a BFA from Texas State University where she graduated Magna cum Laude.
