Support Marginalized and Vulnerable Populations

Mayors and their teams are faced with the challenge and responsibility of ensuring that all residents benefit from new opportunities and share equally in municipal services. To meet this mandate, particular attention and commitment must be made to support new and historically marginalized communities facing hardships and systemic inequity. Government leaders must be intentional in their commitment and efforts to ensure city programs are open, inclusive and equitable.

We assist cities to create, modify, and implement programs and policy around:

  • Criminal and Social Justice Insights
  • Family Reunification and New Resident Support
  • Financial Assistance Access (EITC)
  • HIV/AIDS Supportive Services
  • Homelessness Counts and Interventions
  • Implicit Bias Training
  • Substance Abuse, Prevention and Recovery Services
